If you worried that sizes given might not be that accurate, here are some guides that I found on internet that might help you.

1. First, lay a piece of paper on the floor and tape the edge of the paper.

2. Stand on the paper with your larger foot. Normally is the opposite of our writing hand. Meaning if you are left hander, your right foot will be slightly bigger.

3. Take a pencil to trace the outline of your foot onto the paper.

4. Draw a straight line at the END of the traced foot, another line on the tip of your LONGEST toe.

5. Use a ruler in CM (centimeter) to measure the distance of both lines. (*pictures credit to shoes.about.com)

6. The longest length and the widest width of your leg will be the size for your shoe. View the above shoe size chart for details.

How to Measure:

To ensure accurate measurements we suggest having a professional seamstress measure you. If you do not get a professional seamstress to take your measurements you should follow this guide to ensure proper fit.
Please Note: You should always have someone else take your measurements, physically measuring yourself will provide you with inaccurate numbers, so please have someone help you.

Neck

Take a skin tight measurement around your neck, just below your Adam's apple.

Shoulder
With both arms down by your side, measurement taken from the tip of the left shoulder point, along the top of the shoulder just below the base of the collar, to the tip of the right shoulder.

Chest
This measurement should be taken just under the arms, closely around the body.

Overarm
Around the body in the same manner and position where the chest was measured, but this time including both arms.

Waist
Measure closely around the body at your natural waist level.

Hip
Measure around your hips and buttocks at their widest point on a pair of well-fitting trousers (not jeans). Make sure your pockets are empty and the tape is not restrictive. As a guide, you should not make the tape too snug. You only just be able to feel the tape when measuring.

Length
Measure down the back from the base of the collar to the length required.

Sleeve
With arm relaxed at side and elbow slightly bent, measure from center back of neck, over point of shoulder, and down outside of arm past elbow to wrist.
As a guide, you should not make the tape too snug. You only just be able to feel the tape when measuring.

Bust - Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides.

Waist - This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.

Hips - This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline.

Hollow to Hem - This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your leg. (Take the tape from your back ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
