Payment Methods
Currently we only accept bank transfer through maybank, cimb, bank islam and credit card payment through paypal (international orders) .
We will provide out bank details when confirmation is made for an order.
All payment should be made before parcel is posted out.
Payments are to be made within two days upon receipt of confirmation reply from us. Items not paid for within two days, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put for sale thereafter without further notification.
Once payment is made, kindly notify us through email or sms, complete with your payment's reference number (Keep the receipt or reference number as evidence)
Delivery
Due to study commitment, we go to post office once a week which is on Monday. Payment received after 11.59pm on Sunday will be automatically considered as next batch
Meet up and cash on delivery method only available on Saturday and Sunday. Date and time for meet up is subject to availability of both buyer and seller.
All prices shown are including shipping and weight cost but excluding meet up or postage charges (if any). Buyers are to bear meet up or postage charges (if any).
We held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods. It is important for customer to make sure the address given is the right one. Check your parcel before you put a sign on the paper provided by the delivery company and call us upon delivery if you are not satisfied with the item.
Estimated arrival of orders will be around one - five working days, depending on your area. Expected date for items to arrive may be delayed due to delay of shipment and process of international transaction.
Kindly notify us once you received the items or call as soon as possible if you didn’t get anything after one week. We assume the item has been safely received by customer if we didn’t hear from u after one week.
You will be notified a day before the items are sent out to the post office complete with your tracking number as reference.

Restockable items: Item can still be replenished from our supplier. You may mail us for a restock order. We will require a full payment (inclusive of postage or cod charge) for any orders to be restocked, in prevention of back outs. This rule apply to all customers.

Back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated. We would appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.
In the event of such cases in pre-orders and 'out-of-stock', we will contact our customers to allow more time for us to replace a new item for them. Therefore, all items sold are final. no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.

Exchange Policy
Exchange can only be done when the item received is wrong in code, color or size than the ordered item. Buyer will bear the costs of postage.
To exchange an item, please call us as soon as possible upon the receive of the parcel
Exchange items should be in mint condition, not washed or worn.
All exchanges should be done within two working days. Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.
